介绍了一种借助静力压桩机液压形成的新型钢筋混凝土灌注桩——多支盘压扩灌注桩,探讨了压扩支盘桩沉管贯入土中后阀瓣打开的受力机理。通过对阀瓣挤土过程进行简化,得到了进行结构受力计算的力学模型。由静力平衡条件推导出了作用在阀瓣上力的求解公式,并把球孔扩张理论应用到阀瓣二次挤土作用的受力过程分析中,从而得到考虑挤土效应时沉管桩尖打开到需要的液压力,是原来作用力的1.63倍。
A new type of reinforced concrete bored piles, multi-branch grouting underpinning, which is formed hydrostatically by static pile driver, is introduced.
