血液乃人体之精华,生命之源泉。自古以来,人们就把血液和健康紧密地联系在一起,对血液的好奇和探索几千年来从未停止过:有人为了战胜恐惧而喝血,有人为了治病而放血,还有人为了改变性格输入动物的血液……一个正常的成年人全身血量大约在4000-5000毫升左右,相当于人体体重的8%,这些血液在人体动脉、静脉以及毛细血管中流动,周游全身,影响各个器官,承载着维持肌体活力的重要任务。血液一旦发生病变,将直接威胁着患者的健康以至生命。
