目的探讨利用CT资料应用计算机三维塑形钛金属板治疗颅骨缺损的疗效。方法对12例颅骨缺损患者在颅骨缺损60~180d内行颅骨缺损修复术,修补材料均应用钛网。术前应用螺旋CT薄层扫描,利用计算机进行颅骨三维重建,得到与患者头颅逼真的三维模型,设计出与患者缺损部位完全吻合的修复体。结果术后切口均一期愈合,局部无红肿,外观无畸形,头颅对称,临床效果良好。结论应用计算机三维塑形钛金属板修复颅骨缺损具有吻合精度高,手术时间短,安装简单,术中无需塑形,术后无张力,固定稳同,外观形态好,符合美容及生理机能要求等优点,临床应用前景广阔。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of using computed tomography (CT) on three-dimensional titanium plate in the treatment of skull defects. Methods Twelve patients with skull defects underwent skull defect repair within 60-180 days after skull defect. Titanium mesh was used to repair the skull defects. Preoperative application of spiral CT thin-layer scanning, the use of computer cranial three-dimensional reconstruction, with the patient’s head realistic three-dimensional model, designed to fully consistent with the patient defect repair body.
