选拔任用干部,自有选拔的标准和条件,比如德、能、勤、绩,至于这里每个字的内涵是什么,都是有科学界定的。但在“绩”的认识上,有一个误区,却是显而易见的,这就是只看到“绩”的然,而忽略了“绩”的所以然。绩是实实在在的。有的绩是在全局利益统帅下,艰苦奋斗而来。而有的“绩”却隐藏着不便言明的手段,以至造成对全局的破坏。奇怪的是,这些“绩”常常得到一些领导者的称道、赏识,而不是批评和指责! 这类“绩”的表现是多种多样的:比如,在有的山地,开荒造田,增加了
