目的:研究玉竹各极性部位对D-半乳糖所致亚急性衰老小鼠脾脏和胸腺的影响,初步探讨玉竹抗衰老作用的有效部位。方法:分别用石油醚、乙酸乙酯、无水乙醇、80%乙醇、水作为提取溶剂提取玉竹各极性部位;将玉竹各溶剂提取物连续给予模型小鼠灌胃56d,考察其对D-半乳糖所致亚急性衰老小鼠的胸腺、脾脏指数及胸腺、脾脏镜下切片变化的影响。结果:玉竹水提部位能预防衰老小鼠胸腺和脾脏的萎缩,改善小鼠胸腺及脾脏病理结构。结论:玉竹水提部位可能是玉竹抗衰老作用的有效部位,其作用机制可能与预防免疫器官萎缩、提高免疫功能有关。
Objective: To study the effects of polar parts of Polygonatum odoratum on spleen and thymus in subacute aging mice induced by D-galactose, and to explore the effective parts of anti-aging effects of Polygonatum odoratum. Methods: The polar parts of Polygonatum odoratum were extracted with petroleum ether, ethyl acetate, absolute ethanol, 80% ethanol, and water as extracting solvents. The solvent extracts of Polygonatum were continuously administered to model mice for 56 days. D-galactose-induced subacute aging mice, thymus, spleen index and thymus, spleen microscopy changes. RESULTS: The water extract of Polygonatum can prevent atrophy of thymus and spleen of aging mice and improve the pathological structure of thymus and spleen in mice. Conclusion: The water extract of Polygonatum may be an effective part of the anti-aging effect of Polygonatum odoratum. Its mechanism may be related to the prevention of atrophy of immune organs and the enhancement of immune function.
