本文认为2.4—D在柑桔果实贮藏上应用效果的原因:采前处理主要是刺激作用,增强代谢;采后处理主要抑制代谢强度。采后2.4—D处理成功的关键是适当早采和采后迅速处理;处理的适宜浓度随柑桔种类而不同;采前处理,红桔的最适浓度低于甜橙,采后处理则相反;采前、采后处理适当结合,则果实的耐藏、抗病能力都显著增加。因2.4—D影响果实呼吸作用所致。
