目的:探讨hsCRP,TNF-α,IL-6水平、血脂浓度在慢性脑供血不足(CCCI)诊断中的意义和价值。方法:测定我院收治的脑供血不足患者30例(CCCI组)与30例健康人群(正常对照组)的高敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α),白细胞介素-6(IL-6)及总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、载脂蛋白B(ApoB)、脂蛋白a[Lp(a)]浓度,对其相关性进行观察和研究。结果:CCCI组hsCRP TNF-α,IL-6的血清浓度明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01);CCCI组TG明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01),CCCI组HDL-C明显低于正常对照组(P<0.01)。结论:血清中hsCRP TNF-α,IL-6明显增高,与慢性脑供血不足密切相关。血清TG升高、HDL-C浓度下降与脑供血不足相关。
Objective: To investigate the significance and value of hsCRP, TNF-α, IL-6 levels and serum lipids in the diagnosis of chronic cerebral hypoperfusion (CCCI). Methods: The levels of hsCRP, TNF-α, interleukin-6 (IL-10β) in 30 CCCC patients and 30 healthy controls (normal control group) (IL-6), total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), apolipoprotein B , Lipoprotein a [Lp (a)] concentration, their correlation was observed and studied. Results: The serum concentrations of hsCRP TNF-α and IL-6 in CCCI group were significantly higher than those in normal control group (P <0.01). The TG in CCCI group was significantly higher than that in normal control group (P <0.01) Normal control group (P <0.01). Conclusion: Serum hsCRP levels of TNF-α and IL-6 are significantly increased, which are closely related to chronic cerebral insufficiency. Serum TG increased HDL-C concentration decreased brain blood supply related.
