基因差异表达分析是比较相关细胞或组织在特定的生理或病理条件下特殊表型基因的研究方法,应用于特定情况下的基因差异表达谱及寻找特异表达基因等研究中。根据基因差异表达分析方法的原理,主要分4类,分别为限制性酶切片段差异显示技术、抑制性消减杂交技术、基于数据库的基因表达连续分析技术和DNA微阵列技术。文章综述了这4类主要的基因差异表达分析方法的原理、基本方法、应用特点及在营养代谢病研究中的应用前景。
Gene differential expression analysis is a comparative study of cells or tissues in a particular physiological or pathological conditions under the special phenotypic genes used in specific cases of gene expression profiles and search for specific genes and other studies. According to the principle of gene differential expression analysis, there are mainly four types, which are restriction display of restriction fragments, suppression subtractive hybridization, database-based continuous expression analysis of gene expression and DNA microarray technology. The article summarizes the principle, basic methods, application characteristics and application prospects of these four main methods of differential expression analysis in the study of nutritional metabolism.
