基于平面应变有限元分析模型与策略,研究了软模共固化成型工艺中工艺间隙、固化周期和残余应力对复合网格结构性能的影响。通过模拟一典型复合材料网格结构的共固化工艺过程,得出了合适工艺间隙的确定方法,建立了降低耦合场梯度策略,并且解释了产生残余应力的原因。这对复合网格结构的软模共固化工艺的工艺参数合理选择具有一定的参考价值。
Based on the plane strain finite element analysis model and strategy, the influence of process gap, curing cycle and residual stress on the performance of composite grid structure was studied. By simulating the co-curing process of a typical composite grid structure, a method of determining the appropriate process gap is established, a strategy of reducing the coupling field gradient is established, and the reason of the residual stress is explained. This composite grid structure soft-mold co-curing process parameters reasonable choice has some reference value.
