德国教育家第斯多惠说过:“教学的艺术不在于传授的本领,而在于激励、唤醒、鼓舞。”在教学的各个环节运用激励手段,激发学生学习的内趋力,引导学生愉快求知、大胆创造、主动发展,同时完成健康的人格塑造,这才是教学的本质意义。可以说,善于运用激励性的教学语言,应成为普遍实用的教学原则。笔者认为在课堂教学中,可从以下四个方面运用激励手段。
