学校工作和其他部门的工作一样,必須坚持政治挂帅,只有政治挂帅,才能做好工作。对于这一点,經过了整风运动和反右派斗爭,大家有了深切的体会。可是对政治挂帅的理解,由于人們站的立場不同,看問題的角度不同,就有了分歧。有些教师有这样一种論調:“搞好业务,就是政治挂帅。”他們认为:业务里有政治,业务既然能搞好,也就等于政治挂帅,因为政治挂帅也无非要求搞好业务。他們认为光談政治,不能提高教学质量,只有搞好业务,才能提高,所以搞好业务,也就等于政治挂了帅。持有这种观点的人,平时不关心政治,埋头于业务,对当前的政治运动认为与已无关,生怕运动闯进了学校,影响学校的正常秩序,打乱自己的工作計划,他們把政治学习視为额外負担。持有这种观点的人,虽然是少数,但他們的說法,还能迷惑一些人,因
