目的 :了解肽类生长因子与血管瘤的关系。方法 :采用免疫组织化学方法 ,对 98例血管瘤和 3 2例血管畸形组织切片进行bFGF、bFGFR、TGF β和EGF表达的测定。 结果 :bFGF、bFGFR在血管瘤中高表达 ,而在血管畸形中低表达 (P <0 0 1) ;在血管瘤中bFGF、bFGFR的表达与其内皮细胞的增生程度有关 ,内皮细胞增生愈强 ,其bFGF、bFGFR表达愈高 (P <0 0 1)。bFGF和bFGFR呈正相关性 (P <0 0 5 ) ;TGF β和EGF在血管瘤及血管畸形中均未见表达。结论 :bFGF、bFGFR与血管瘤的增生及退化有关。
Objective: To understand the relationship between peptide growth factor and hemangiomas. Methods: The expressions of bFGF, bFGFR, TGF β and EGF in 98 cases of hemangiomas and 32 cases of vascular malformations were determined by immunohistochemistry. Results: bFGF and bFGFR were highly expressed in hemangiomas and were low in vascular malformations (P <0.01). The expression of bFGF and bFGFR in hemangiomas correlated with the degree of endothelial cell proliferation. The higher expression of bFGF and bFGFR (P <0.01). There was a positive correlation between bFGF and bFGFR (P <0.05). TGFβ and EGF were not found in all the hemangiomas and vascular malformations. Conclusion: bFGF and bFGFR are related to the proliferation and degeneration of hemangiomas.
