目前一些地方在大力推行“快乐课堂”的课堂改革。这种教学理念和模式顺应了新课改的要求,在一些城区学校取得较好效果。但是,由于教学设施差、信息闭塞、学生底子差、教师适应改革的能力较差等原因使得农村学校在营造“快乐课堂”的改革中处于观望、停止状态。农村中小学要营造“快乐课堂”应做好:真正转变教师角色,改善师生关系;教师充分备课;校领导高度重视,强力改革;营造“快乐文化”氛围。
At present, some places are vigorously promoting the “Happy Classroom” classroom reform. This teaching philosophy and mode conforms to the requirements of the new curriculum reform and achieves better results in some urban schools. However, due to poor teaching facilities, information blockage, poor student foundation and teachers’ poor ability to adapt to reform, rural schools are waiting and stopping in the reform of creating “Happy Classrooms”. Primary and secondary schools in rural areas to create “Happy Classroom ” should be done: the real change in the role of teachers to improve the relationship between teachers and students; full preparation of teachers; school leaders attach great importance to strong reform; create “happy culture ” atmosphere.
