目的探讨几丁糖玻璃体腔填充对视网膜、睫状体、晶状体、角膜等眼内组织结构和眼压的影响。方法选择健康青紫蓝兔12只,右眼为实验组,左眼为对照组,行玻璃体切除术后,玻璃体腔内注入医用几丁糖(实验组)和透明质酸钠(对照组),手术前后定期行裂隙灯显微镜及检眼镜检查并测量眼压,术后行组织学和透射电镜检查。结果术后玻璃体腔内的填充物始终保持透明。视网膜平伏,未见视网膜脱离及增生。实验组与对照组在各时间点眼压比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。光镜及透射电镜检查结果发现,实验组及对照组镜下表现无明显差异,角膜、睫状体、晶状体及视网膜均无异常。结论几丁糖填充玻璃体腔内对眼组织结构无明显影响,也不引起眼压波动。
Objective To investigate the effects of vitreous cavity filling with chitosan on intraocular tissue structure and intraocular pressure such as retina, ciliary body, lens and cornea. Methods Twelve healthy blue-purple rabbits were selected. The right eye was the experimental group and the left eye was the control group. After vitrectomy, intravitreal injection of medical chitosan (experimental group) and sodium hyaluronate (control group) Before and after regular slit lamp microscope and ophthalmoscopy and measurement of intraocular pressure, postoperative histology and transmission electron microscopy. Results The postoperative vitreous cavity filler remained transparent. Retina is flat, no retinal detachment and proliferation. The experimental group and control group at each time point intraocular pressure, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Light microscopy and transmission electron microscopy showed no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group under microscope, corneal, ciliary body, lens and retina were normal. Conclusion Chitosan filled the vitreous cavity had no significant effect on ocular organization, nor did it cause intraocular pressure fluctuations.
