山东省首例C群流行性脑脊髓膜炎死亡病例病原学分析

目的对山东省首例C群流行性脑脊髓膜炎(流脑)死亡病例进行病原学分析。方法对山东省首例C群流脑病例进行流行病学调查,标本采集,菌株分离、鉴定、血清学分群及药物敏感性检测,并进行脉冲场凝胶电泳(Pulse Field Gel Electrophoresis,PFGE)和多位点序列分型(Multilocus Sequence Typing,MLST)分析。结果山东省首次从流脑病人脑脊液中分离到C群脑膜炎奈瑟菌(Neisseria Meningitidis,Nm),该菌株对环丙沙星、左氧沙星、复方新诺明耐药。PFGE分析为AH30型,MLST分析为ST-3200型。结论从山东省首例C群Nm引起死亡病例的脑脊液中分离的菌株,其基因型为ST-3200型,是中国首次发现的C群ST-3200型菌株。应加强对C群Nm的监测,密切关注C群流脑的发病及流行趋势。 Objective To analyze the etiological analysis of the first death from group C of epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis (meningitis) in Shandong Province. Methods Epidemiological investigation, specimen collection, strain isolation and identification, serological grouping and drug sensitivity test were performed in the first case of Group C meningitis in Shandong Province. Pulsed field gel electrophoresis (PFGE) and Multilocus Sequence Typing (MLST) analysis. Results For the first time in Shandong Province, Neisseria meningitidis group C (Nm) was isolated from cerebrospinal fluid of patients with meningitis. The strain was resistant to ciprofloxacin, levofloxacin and cotrimoxazole. PFGE analysis was AH30 and MLST analysis was ST-3200. Conclusion The strain isolated from cerebrospinal fluid of the first case of C-group Nm-induced death in Shandong province was ST-3200 genotype, which was the first C group ST-3200 strain in China. Monitoring of C group Nm should be strengthened and pay close attention to the incidence and epidemic trend of C group meningitis.
