梨园戏是发祥于以福建泉州为中心的闽南语地区的重要南戏剧种。在长期的形成发展过程中,其下南戏、上路戏和小梨园戏三种艺术流派呈现并存发展的格局,但仍保持同一的剧种特征,这在其他剧种史上是较为罕见的。它不仅对梨园戏或南戏历史、艺术形态的研究,而且对戏曲发展必须坚持自身的剧种个性,都具有重要的启示意义。 Pear Garden Opera is an important South drama drafted in Hokkien-speaking areas centered around Quanzhou in Fujian Province. In the course of long-term formation and development, the three art genres such as Xi’nan Opera, Shangli Opera and Xiaoli Opera show the pattern of coexistence development, but they still maintain the same style of play, which is rare in the history of other operas. It not only has the research on the history and art form of Liyuan opera or South opera, but also insisted on its unique play style for the development of opera.
