利用甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)作桥连分子制备氨基官能化介孔SBA-15分子筛.首先SBA-15表面的Si–OH与TDI分子中的一个-NCO基反应,然后,TDI分子中另一端未参与反应的-NCO基与乙二胺分子中的一个-NH2基反应,通过上述两步反应,-NH2被成功嫁接到介孔SBA-15分子筛表面.X射线粉末衍射仪(XRD)、N2吸脱附、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)和29SMASNMR表征结果表明,-NH2被成功引入到SBA-15分子筛表面,且材料具有高氨基官能化和良好的介孔结构.由于金属离子与所嫁接氨基间的络合作用,NH2-SBA-15介孔分子筛对水溶液中的Pb2+,Cr3+,Cd2+,Ag+和Cu2+的吸附率分别为99.9%,99.7%,99.8%,99.5%和99.9%.
Aminofunctional mesoporous SBA-15 zeolite was prepared by using toluene diisocyanate (TDI) as bridging molecule.At first, Si-OH on the surface of SBA-15 reacted with one -NCO group in TDI molecule, and then the other end of TDI molecule The -NCO groups involved in the reaction react with a -NH2 group in the ethylenediamine molecule, and -NH2 is successfully grafted on the surface of the mesoporous SBA-15 molecular sieve by the above two-step reaction.X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) Desorption, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and 29SMASNMR characterization indicated that -NH2 was successfully introduced into the surface of SBA-15 zeolite and the material has high amino functionalization and good mesoporous structure. The sorption rates of NH2-SBA-15 mesoporous molecular sieves to Pb2 +, Cr3 +, Cd2 +, Ag + and Cu2 + in aqueous solutions were 99.9%, 99.7%, 99.8%, 99.5% and 99.9%, respectively.
