目前,从上到下都在要求各级领导干部自觉过好“五关”,即:名位关、权力关、金钱关、色情关、人情关。笔者以为,“五关”之中关键在于权力关,其它“四关”无不与权力有着千丝万缕的联系,有的甚至是权力的派生物。而能否过好权力关,则取决于领导者具有什么样的权力观。不可否认,不同政治素质和思想修养的人,对权力的理解不同。错误的思想和观点会诱使领导在权力的使用过程中误入歧途,给党和国家造成损失。因此,要正确行使权力,必须走出认识上的四个误区: At present, all levels of leading cadres are required to conscientiously “five levels” from top to bottom, namely: the level of authority, power, money, pornography, and customs.
