柔非弱也,刚非强也。柔与刚相对而生,相依而存,刚柔相济,柔能克刚。有一个形象的比喻,说人不能只有骨架,还要具备血肉,这样才能成为一个充满活力的人,才会有光彩照人的生命旅程。这骨架就是刚, 这血肉就是柔,刚柔并济,便共同构成了美丽人生。领导要善于用柔,并不是指领导性格上的柔嫩、软弱,而是指领导方法应当讲究艺术,善于用温和的手段处理棘手的问题, 善于用恰当的方法处理同事间的关系,善于用平和的方式化解各种矛盾,善于用比较策略的做法聚拢人心。大愚者大智,至柔者至刚。柔是外在的,刚是内在的;柔是形式,刚是内容;柔是手段,刚是目的。以退为进,以柔克刚,用比较策略的方式方法,达到真正自立自强和事业成功的目的,这才是柔的实质。
