2005新春伊始,由深交所及其下属通信公司、信息公司、行政服务公司和中证深圳分公司等5个单位的84名员工,分别在黄铁军、张颖副总经理等领导的带领下,于4月份先后分两批(次),远赴我国塞北边疆——内蒙阿拉善,开展生态建设和国情教育项目活动。此次活动,是前两年国情教育活动的深化和延续,也是完成5000亩荒漠绿化、巩固成果的重要举措。据统计,近3年来,深交所及其下属公司和中证深圳分公司等单位的领导及员工,共有近1400多人次自愿捐款约92万余元,认捐亩数达到5470亩,成活率达到56%以上;赴阿拉善参与生态建设绿化和国情教育、体验生活的员工达220多人次。总之,3年来,在所党委、总经理室的高度重视和支持下,在广大员工的积极配合及参与下,经过与阿拉善军分区、当地党委和政府及人民群众的共同努力,己按计划完成了5000亩青年世纪林的绿化任务。通过了解国情,体验生活,培育并锻炼了员工的吃苦耐劳精神和纪律观念,增强了大局意识和团队凝聚力、向心力,提升了员工队伍的整体素质,达到了预期的目的和效果。
