结合工程实践,从集料加工、沥青混合料设计、施工技术等方面存在的突出问题进行系统研究,并提出神经网络沥青混合料离析评价方法。研究结果表明:集料加工必须采用一级鄂破两级反击破;结合国内外成果得出Superpave设计方法中限制区可以取消;Superpave设计方法与马歇尔相比成型空隙率减小0.5%~0.9%,而油石比减少0.2%~0.4%;通过研究得出Superpave沥青路面渗水系数上面层应该控制在100mL/min以下,中面层应该控制在150mL/min以下。
Combining engineering practice, the author systematically studies the outstanding problems in aggregate processing, asphalt mixture design and construction technology, and puts forward the method of neural network asphalt mixture segregation evaluation. The results show that the aggregate processing must use the first-level crusher to crack the second-level crusher. The results of Superpave design method show that the restricted area can be eliminated. Compared with Marshall, the superplastic design method reduces the void fraction by 0.5% to 0.9% , While the ratio of whetstone decreases by 0.2% ~ 0.4%. It is concluded that the seepage coefficient of Superpave asphalt pavement should be controlled below 100mL / min and the middle layer should be controlled below 150mL / min.
