目的探讨术后早期肠内营养对胃肠肿瘤患者免疫功能的影响。方法20例胃肠道肿瘤患者,随机分两组,即肠内营养支持组(enteral nutrition group,EN组)和部分肠外营养组(partial parenteral nutrition group,PPN组)。于手术前1天和术后第10天分别测定T淋巴细胞亚群CD细胞CD3、CD4、CD8及红细胞C3b受体花结率(rate of red cell C3b receptor rosette,RRCR)、肿瘤红细胞花结率(rate of tumor-red cell rosette,RTRR),并进行统计学处理。结果EN组CD3、CD4、CD8测定值较PPN组高,但P>0.05,无显著性;EN组RRCR、RTRR测定值较PPN组高,差异有显著性(p<0.05)。结论早期肠内营养有利于提高胃肠道肿瘤患者的免疫功能,建议胃肠道肿瘤患者手术后采取早期肠内营养支持。
Objective To investigate the effect of early postoperative enteral nutrition on immune function in patients with gastrointestinal cancer. Methods Twenty patients with gastrointestinal cancer were randomly divided into two groups: enteral nutrition group (EN group) and partial parenteral nutrition group (PPN group). The levels of CD3, CD4, CD8 and the rate of red cell C3b receptor rosette (RRCR) in T lymphocyte subsets were measured at 1 day before surgery and 10 days after surgery. The rate of erythrocyte debridement (rate of tumor-red cell rosette, RTRR), and statistical analysis. Results The levels of CD3, CD4 and CD8 in EN group were higher than those in PPN group, but no significant difference was found in P> 0.05. The RRCR and RTRR in EN group were significantly higher than those in PPN group (p <0.05). Conclusion Early enteral nutrition is beneficial to improve the immune function of patients with gastrointestinal cancer. It is recommended that patients with gastrointestinal cancer take early enteral nutrition after operation.
