当前,地方特色文化动漫宣传片及其衍生产品的开发存在原创动力不足、市场定位不准、品牌效应不强、产业链条不完整、产权保护不力等问题。我国需在借鉴美国、日本等世界动漫强国发展经验的基础上,采取相应的对策,加大对地方特色文化动漫宣传片衍生产品开发的政策和资金扶持力度,增强衍生产品开发意识,增加衍生产品的吸引力,把握销售市场的行情,加强知识产权的保护,以提高我国国内动漫衍生产品的市场占有率,增加开发者的经济收益,全面推动我国动漫产业的良性发展。
