用实验室模拟评定等手段对两种工艺合成的超高碱值烷基水杨酸钙样品的胶体稳定性、热氧化安定性、清净性、抗磨性进行了研究。并用 FE-EM(冷冻蚀刻电镜 )、钙分布测定等方法对两种样品的胶体结构及组成进行了对比研究。结果表明 ,两种样品的碱值、胶体粒径及分布均不同 ,抗磨性有较大区别 ,而胶体稳定性、抗氧化安定性、清净性相似
The colloidal stability, thermal oxidation stability, detergency and abrasion resistance of ultra-overbased calcium alkylsalicylate synthesized by the two processes were studied by laboratory simulation and other means. The colloidal structure and composition of the two samples were compared using FE-EM (freeze-etched electron microscopy) and calcium distribution assay. The results showed that the alkali value, colloidal particle size and distribution of the two samples were different, and the abrasion resistance was greatly different, while the colloid stability, anti-oxidation stability and cleanliness were similar
