英语阅读能力是听、说、写、译的基础。中学阶段的英语教学,要继续加强学生听说读写能力的训练,发展学生的口头表达能力,书面写作能力以及阅读能力。由于学生在考试中的时间是有限的,在有限的时间内完成所有阅读,学生必须具有快速阅读的能力和深入理解试题的能力。达到上述要求,就必须通过有效的教学途径,逐步提高学生的阅读能力。几年来,我一直在探索提高学生的阅读能力,结合教学实践,我从以下几方面谈谈自己的看法: English reading ability is the basis of listening, speaking, writing and translating.
