一、材料与方法:仪器采用CWX-1型针式袖珍数字测温仪。应用大号骨髓穿刺针,按常规在骨髓穿刺抽取骨髓液后将经碘酒、酒精消毒后的测温针从骨穿针的针管中插入,直至明显受阻为止,将骨穿针管拔出0.5cm左右,此时骨穿针已在骨髓腔中。将导线联接测温针和温度显示器,打开电源开关,直至测温仪显示器上数字停止跳动为止,为所测得的骨髓内温度,同时用该仪测定室内温度及病人腋温。每例病人,查血像及骨髓像。根据资料较完整的病例(按血像和骨髓像的结果),血像与骨髓像均正常,一般情况尚好的30例为本文的正常组。同时选用中度以上贫血的14例急性白血病病例和17例增生性贫血病例相比较。二、结果:正常组30例,男15例,女15例,年龄20~72岁,平均40.3岁。测温部位:左髂后上棘
