对化石燃料发电效率的国际比较是能源效率分析领域的一个重要问题。本文提出了一个可用于测算化石燃料综合发电效率及其节能减排潜力的DEA模型。该模型将电能和热能作为两种不同的产出处理,并考虑了发电燃料消费结构上的差异。应用所提出的模型对27个OECD国家及中国2005年化石燃料发电综合效率及节能减排潜力进行了比较分析。
An international comparison of power generation efficiency of fossil fuels is an important issue in energy efficiency analysis. This paper presents a DEA model that can be used to measure the efficiency of fossil fuel integrated power generation and its potential for energy conservation and emission reduction. The model treats electrical energy and thermal energy as two distinct outputs, taking into account structural differences in the consumption of power generation fuels. The proposed model is used to analyze the comprehensive efficiency of fossil fuel power generation in 27 OECD countries and China and the potential of energy conservation and emission reduction in 2005.
