对抗性反应不同的水稻品种接种白叶枯病菌和细菌性条斑病菌幼苗叶片的多酚氧化酶(PPO)活性进行分析。结果表明:健康叶片的PPO活性存在一定的差异,但与品种的抗性无关;在接菌叶,抗病品种的酶活性与对照接近,个别品种增加明显,而感病品种酶活力明显下降。抗性反应不同品种接种白叶枯病菌后PPO的变化趋势不因土壤中N肥的变化而改变。同一品种对白叶枯病菌不同毒力菌株和两种病害的反应与品种和病原的表型特征有关。因此在抗病育种过程中,可将苗期叶片接菌后的PPO的变化,作为筛选水稻抗白叶枯病和细菌性条斑病的一个辅助生化指标。
The activity of polyphenol oxidase (PPO) in leaves of inoculated Bacterial leaf blight and Bacterial leaf blight of rice varieties with different response responses was analyzed. The results showed that there were some differences in the PPO activity of healthy leaves, but not with the resistance of the cultivars. In the inoculated leaves, the enzyme activities of the resistant varieties were close to those of the control, and the individual varieties increased obviously while the enzyme activities of the susceptible varieties decreased obviously. The trend of change of PPO in different resistant varieties after inoculation with Xanthomonas oryzae was not changed by the change of N fertilizer in soil. The same variety of bacterial blight on different virulence strains and two kinds of disease response and the variety and pathogenic phenotype characteristics. Therefore, during the disease-resistant breeding process, the change of PPO after the inoculation of the seedling leaves can be used as a supplementary biochemical index for screening the rice bacterial blight resistance and bacterial leaf streak.
