为解决网络化制造(networked manufacturing,NM)模式下供应链系统运作中存在的不确定性扰动,运用H_∞鲁棒控制方法抑制供应链系统牛鞭效应,保障系统稳定运作.构建了由状态变量和控制变量描述的NM模式下的动态供应链时变偏差系统模型,采用线性矩阵不等式(LMI)方法获取H_∞鲁棒控制策略,并通过系统反馈控制器u_k设计,有效减小客户不确定需求引起的生产、订货和库存波动.最后,结合实例分析表明在抑制率为ξ时,本文提出的鲁棒控制策略可以有效抑制不同形式客户需求引起的牛鞭效应,实现供应链系统鲁棒镇定.
In order to solve the uncertainty perturbation in the operation of supply chain system in networked manufacturing (NM) mode, the H_∞ robust control method is used to restrain the bullwhip effect in the supply chain system and ensure the stable operation of the system. And the time-varying system model of dynamic supply chain under NM mode, which is described by control variables, the H_∞ robust control strategy is obtained by the linear matrix inequality (LMI) method and the u_k design of the system feedback controller can effectively reduce the uncertain demand of customers The result shows that the robust control strategy proposed in this paper can effectively restrain the bullwhip effect caused by different types of customer demands and achieve the robust stabilization of the supply chain system when the inhibition rate is ξ.
