杂散电流对地铁工程钢筋混凝土的损害是严重的。本文通过混凝土试件在Ca(OH)2饱和溶液和3.5%NaCl溶液中的模拟试验及微观机理分析,得出采用优化配制的复掺优质粉煤灰和矿渣微粉的高性能混凝土抗杂散电流腐蚀能力比同水胶比基准混凝土提高6~8倍的结论,并通过耐久寿命评估,达到了设计使用寿命100年的基本要求。
Stray current damage to the subway works of reinforced concrete is serious. In this paper, through the simulation test and micro-mechanism analysis of concrete specimens in Ca (OH) 2 saturated solution and 3.5% NaCl solution, the anti-stray current of high performance concrete with optimized mixed fly ash and slag powder The corrosion resistance is 6 to 8 times higher than that of the same water cement than that of the benchmark concrete. Through the evaluation of the durable life, the basic requirement of designing the service life of 100 years has been reached.
