探索感觉统合训练疗效的影响因素。 190例感觉统合失调患儿按年级分为 4组 ,每组中又随机分为 2种治疗方法 ,治疗 1用感觉统合训练、心理护理及家长配合 ;治疗 2用单纯感觉统合训练。对绝大多数患儿进行脑电图及血铅分析。结果 :学龄前组、低年级组、中年级组 2种方法疗效差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,而高年级组 2种方法差异无显著性 (P>0 .0 5 ) ;年龄因素对疗效无明显影响 (P>0 .0 5 ) ;脑电图异常、血铅水平升高均影响训练效果(均 P<0 .0 1)。提示 :感觉统合训练配合心理护理可以极大提高疗效 ,训练早晚对疗效影响不大 ,而脑电图异常及血铅水平的高低对训练效果有较大影响
Explore the Influencing Factors of Sensory Integration Training Effectiveness. 190 cases of sensory integration disorders were divided into 4 groups according to the grade, each group were randomly divided into two kinds of treatment, treatment 1 with sensory integration training, psychological care and parental cooperation; treatment 2 with simple sensory integration training. The vast majority of children with EEG and blood lead analysis. Results: There were significant differences in the curative effect between the preschool group, the lower grade group and the middle grade group (P <0.05), but there was no significant difference between the two methods in the senior grade group (P> 0.05). Age effect had no significant effect on the curative effect (P> 0.05); EEG abnormality and blood lead level all influenced the training effect (all P <0.01). Tip: sensory integration training with psychological care can greatly improve the efficacy of training sooner or later little effect on the efficacy of EEG abnormalities and blood lead levels have a greater impact on the training effect
