在广州市内５间医院，用纤维连结蛋白（ＦＮ）对３８３眼顽固性角膜上皮缺损病人进行临床研究，其中ＦＮ治疗组观察３０９眼，治愈２１６眼（６９． ９％），平均治疗天数６． ５ ｄ，好转８３眼（２６．８％），平均治疗天数 ９． ６ ｄ，无效１０眼（３． ２％）；对照组观察 ７４眼，治愈 ４３眼（５８．１％），平均治疗天数 ８．７ ｄ，好转 １１眼（１４．９％），平均治疗天数１２．１ｄ，无效２０眼（２．７％）。两组比较，ＦＮ组疗效优于对照组（Ｐ＜０． ０１）。
In 38 hospitals in Guangzhou, 383 eyes of refractory corneal epithelial defect were treated with fibronectin (FN), of which 309 eyes were cured and 216 eyes (69.9%) were cured in FN treatment group with an average treatment time of 6 . 5 d, improved 83 eyes (26.8%), the average number of days of treatment 9. 6 eyes were cured, 43 eyes were cured (58.1%), the mean treatment days were 8.7 days, and the improvement was seen in 11 eyes (14.9%). The average treatment days 12.1d, invalid 20 eyes (2.7%). Two groups, FN group than the control group (P <0.01).
