目的:探讨我校临床实训中心对吉林省长春市乡镇卫生院医师岗位培训的意义。方法:乡镇医师岗位培训分为实验组及对照组。实验组采用临床实训中模拟情景单项技术练习法,对照组为传统教学方法。并对教学效果进行比较。结果:实验组临床操作能力考试分数>85分者与对照组比较均有显著性意义P<0.05。结论:临床实训中心模拟情景单项技术练习法优于传统教学法,能更有效地提高吉林省长春市乡镇医师岗位适应能力和社会竞争力,对于规范基层医务人员职业情感、临床解决问题能力的提高具有重要意义。
Objective: To discuss the significance of clinical training center of our university on the job training of doctors in township hospitals in Changchun, Jilin Province. Methods: Township doctors post training is divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group used clinical training simulation scenario single technique practice method, the control group was the traditional teaching method. And compare the teaching effectiveness. Results: In the experimental group, the score of clinical operation ability test> 85 points was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The clinical practice training center is better than the traditional teaching method in simulating scenarios, which can effectively improve the post adaptability and social competitiveness of township doctors in Changchun, Jilin Province.
