0.01—0.1mmol/L腐胺Putrescine(Put)浸种处理48h,可以促进水稻种子(加粒222)在次适温下(16±1℃)萌发,显著地提高发芽指数和活力指数。但在28℃时对种子萌发无显著影响。进一步研究表明,在次适温下(16±1℃),Put可以促进α-淀粉酶合成,提高α-淀粉酶活性。增加呼吸强度和ATP含量。但在28℃时,Put对种子内α-淀粉酶活性无影响。研究结果表明,Put对种子萌发的影响与温度有关,在次适温下(16±1℃)可促进水稻种子(加粒222)萌发。
The soaking of 0.01-0.1 mmol / L Putrescine Put for 48 h promoted the germination of rice seed (plus granule 222) at sub-optimal temperature (16 ± 1 ℃), and significantly improved the germination index and vigor index. However, there was no significant effect on seed germination at 28 ℃. Further studies showed that under the mild temperature (16 ± 1 ℃), Put can promote the synthesis of α-amylase and improve the activity of α-amylase. Increase respiratory intensity and ATP content.
