利用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳和薄层扫描,定量研究人参红皮病发病部位同工酶组份和活力变化表明:受到侵染的各类样品中酯酶活力平均比无病白皮参增加100%,多酚氧化酶活力增加60~30%;且在侵染早期出现了新的同工酶谱带。
Using polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and TLC scanning, quantitative analysis of ginseng erythroderma isozyme components and changes in vitality showed that: the various types of samples were infected esterase activity than the average disease-free white ginseng plus 100 %, Polyphenol oxidase activity increased 60 ~ 30%; and in the early infection appeared a new isozyme bands.
