预防职务犯罪是一项阳光工程。只 有加强警示教育、健全法律法规制度、强 化法律监督，才能使检察工作充满人文 关怀，赢得尊重。 近年来，壶关县人民检察院坚持把 “标本兼治、注重预防”作为实现党风廉 政建设根本好转的重要手段。在预防职 务犯罪的同时，从提高党的执政能力、巩 固党的执政地位的高度，树立大预防观 念、构建大预防格局、实施大预防战略， 以扎实的工作，走出了一条预防职务犯 罪的新路子。 第一部曲：教育是基础，是关怀 去年以来，壶关县人民检察院党组 书记、检察长史书义特别重视职务犯罪 预防工作，先后在该院、县委党校、壶关 县看守所建立了三个预防职务犯罪警示 教育基地。通过收集多年来在该县发生 的职务犯罪案件和一部分在全国有影响 的领导干部犯罪大要案，以图片展示、实 物例证、多媒体演示、专职人员讲解等多 种形式积极开展警示教育，因其图文并 茂、形象直观、生动具体，参观的干部络 绎不绝。
