MicroRNAs are a newly discovered group of 20-23 nucleotide non-coding RNA molecules that play important roles in life processes. Virus replication and reproduction depend on the host cell, but also on the changes in the environment of the cell. Studies show that both host and virus can encode microRNAs. Viruses can affect host cells through small RNA interference and can also use their own “unique strategy” to change host cells to meet their own needs. Therefore, the host and virus Mechanisms of microRNA-mRNA interactions exist. Although the study of the relationship between microRNAs and viral infections has not been long, the current findings provide a way for us to understand the interactions between viruses and hosts and provide new insights into the biomarker and treatment of viral infections Ideas.
