为推动残疾人职业教育一体化,提高残疾人职业教育人才培养的质量,本文对浙江、湖南、新疆维吾尔自治区3个地区的残疾人中高职教育一体化人才培养情况进行了调查。结果显示:残疾学生有较强的求学愿望,但对专业理解不够清晰;中高职的实训安排需要进一步统筹;教师和残疾学生更倾向于“3+2”或“2+3”的中高职一体化培养方式;院校沟通和政策支持不够是目前残疾人中高等职业教育缺乏衔接的主要原因。为此,建议中职加强职业准备教育;高职完善教育和就业支持体系;中高职之间要搭建沟通平台,统筹专业和课程设置;政府要完善相关的法规和政策,推动社会各方力量参与残疾人职业教育。
In order to promote the integration of vocational education for disabled people and improve the quality of personnel training for vocational education for disabled persons, this paper investigated the cultivation of integrated talents of vocational and technical education for disabled persons in three regions of Zhejiang, Hunan and Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. The results show that: students with disabilities have a strong desire to study, but not enough understanding of professional clear; vocational and technical training arrangements need to be further co-ordination; teachers and students with disabilities are more inclined to “3 +2” or “2 +3” "In higher vocational education training methods; inadequate communication and policy support institutions is currently the main reason for the lack of convergence in higher vocational education for the handicapped. To this end, it is recommended that secondary vocational education should be strengthened; vocational education and employment support system should be perfected; communication platform should be set up between higher vocational colleges and higher vocational schools to coordinate major and curriculum; the government should improve relevant laws and regulations and policies and promote all social forces Participate in vocational education for persons with disabilities.
