Wistar大鼠C_6脑胶质瘤模型的建立

为制作 Wistar 大鼠脑胶质瘤模型,探讨其模型特点及病理特征,应用立体定向方法将10~6的 C_6细胞接种在 Wistar 大鼠脑尾状核。将30只大鼠分为两组,Ⅰ组10只接种后观察生存时间,Ⅱ组20只于接种后3、5、10、15天各处死5只,观察肿瘤大小及病理改变。结果表明,接种后大鼠平均生存期为15.9±3.6天,瘤组织向正常脑组织浸润,无包膜,有肿瘤血管,有肿瘤坏死、卒中发生,S-100及 GFAP 染色阳性。结论:Wistar 大鼠脑胶质瘤模型稳定,特征更加接近于人恶性脑胶质瘤。 To produce Wistar rat brain glioma model and explore its model features and pathological features, C 6 cells of 10 ~ 6 were seeded into the caudate nucleus of Wistar rat by stereotactic method. Thirty rats were divided into two groups. The survival time of 10 rats in group I was observed after inoculation. Twenty mice in group Ⅱ were killed 5, 5, 10 and 15 days after inoculation. The tumor size and pathological changes were observed. The results showed that after inoculation, the average survival time of rats was 15.9 ± 3.6 days. The tumor tissue infiltrated to normal brain tissue without capsule, with tumor vessels, tumor necrosis, stroke, S-100 and GFAP staining. Conclusion: The Wistar rat glioma model is stable and its characteristics are more similar to those of human malignant gliomas.
