以空乘行业发展为背景， 对空乘专业礼仪实训教学改革问题进行简单的论述。 空乘专业礼仪实训教学要重点加强对学生的核心能力的培养， 扎实学生的理论知识， 使其能够更好地适应岗位需求。 空乘专业礼仪实训教学改革， 要加大实训教学基础设施建设， 模拟客舱服务环境， 为学生提供理论学习与操作训练的条件，以全面提高教学效率。
Taking the development of flight attendant industry as a background, this paper briefly discusses the teaching reform of flight attendant professional etiquette. Flight attendants professional etiquette training should focus on strengthening the training of students’ core competencies and solid theoretical knowledge of students so that they can better adapt to job requirements. Flight attendants professional etiquette training teaching reform, to increase teaching and training infrastructure, simulation cabin service environment, to provide students with theoretical learning and operational training conditions, in order to improve teaching efficiency.
