膏岩层由于蠕变性较强,钻井过程中极易发生井眼缩颈和失稳,给钻井作业带来了巨大的风险和损失。钻井液技术作为膏岩层钻井的关键技术之一,其性能好坏直接影响膏岩层钻井的成败。本文详细分析了目前国内常用膏岩层钻井液体系,分析了不同体系钻井液的优缺点,并结合国内典型膏岩层区块分析了钻井液性能维护措施,对于指导膏岩层钻井具有一定的意义。
Due to the strong creep of the gypsum rock formation, the borehole necking and instability are prone to happen during the drilling process, which brings huge risks and losses to the drilling operation. As one of the key technologies of gypsum formation drilling, drilling fluid technology has a direct impact on the success or failure of gypsum formation drilling. This paper analyzes in detail the drilling fluid system of commonly used gypsum rock formation in China, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of drilling fluid in different systems, and analyzes the performance maintenance measures of drilling fluid with the typical gypsum rock block in China, which has some significance for guiding the formation drilling.
