通过宏观断口、显微组织分析及性能测试等方法,对5CrMnMo钢制3t汽车叉子锤锻模燕尾开裂的性质、机制及原因进行了分析。结果表明:锤锻模燕尾开裂的性质是属于疲劳断裂。其原因主要和燕尾槽的表面加工光诘度、燕尾槽表面脱碳层、燕尾的硬度及显微组织有关。
Through the macroscopic fracture, the microstructure analysis and the performance test, the properties, mechanism and reasons of dovetail cracking of 5CrMnMo steel 3t forklift hammers were analyzed. The results show that the nature of dovetail cracking of hammer die belongs to fatigue fracture. The main reason for the dovetail grooved surface roughness, dovetail groove surface decarburization, dovetail hardness and microstructure.
