采用CO2 作为示踪气体在内径 2 0 0mm ,高 5m的全尺寸加压导向管喷动流化床中对床内气体扩散特性进行了研究 ,主要考察了操作参数 (喷动气流率、流化气流率、操作压力、颗粒粒径和物性参数 )对床内气体扩散的影响。归纳了喷动气旁路份额和流化气旁路份额随操作参数影响的试验关联式 ,可作为工程设计计算和实际操作的参考
Using CO2 as tracer gas, the gas diffusion characteristics inside the bed were investigated in a full-scale pressurized guide tube with a diameter of 2000 mm and a height of 5 m. The main parameters of the gas diffusion were the operating parameters Gas flow rate, operating pressure, particle size and physical parameters) on the gas diffusion in the bed. Summarizes the experimental correlation between the fraction of jet bypass and the share of fluidized gas bypass with the operating parameters, which can be used as a reference for engineering calculation and practical operation
