目的观察、分析模式翻转视觉诱发电位(PRVEP)和模式给撤视觉诱发电位(POVEP)的特征,探讨两种模式VEP的相关性及其法医学应用价值。方法给予受试者4种不同空间频率全视野模式翻转和给撤黑白棋盘格图像刺激,分别记录PRVEP和POVEP,对其特征进行分析、比较。结果在相同刺激条件下,P100和C1的潜伏期及波幅在统计学上存在显著性差异,但具有一定的正相关关系;在本实验条件下47’视角的棋盘格刺激时,2种PVEP的波形最稳定;P100和C1波幅的变异系数较为接近,其余3种空间频率刺激时,P100波幅的变异系数均明显小于C1波幅的变异系数。结论在相同刺激条件下,PRVEP的稳定性优于POVEP。在法医学鉴定中应用两种不同刺激模式可以更全面客观地评价被鉴定人视功能状况。
Objective To observe and analyze the characteristics of mode-reversed visual evoked potential (PRVEP) and mode-evoked potential evoked potentials (POVEP), and to explore the correlation between the two modes of VEP and its forensic application value. Methods The subjects were 4 different spatial frequencies of full-field mode flip and black and white chessboard to stimulate the withdrawal of images, were recorded PRVEP and POVEP, its characteristics were analyzed and compared. Results Under the same stimulation conditions, the latency and amplitude of P100 and C1 were statistically significant but positively correlated. Under the conditions of 47 ’viewing angle, the waveforms of two kinds of PVEP The coefficients of variation of P100 and C1 were close to those of the other three kinds of spatial frequencies. The coefficients of variation of P100 were significantly lower than those of C1. Conclusion The stability of PRVEP is better than that of POVEP under the same stimulation conditions. In the forensic identification of two different modes of stimulation can be more fully and objectively appraised appraised visual function status.
