目的:自制大鼠脑组织取样模具,精确切取双侧大鼠前扣带皮层吻侧部。方法:(1)自制动物脑组织精确取样模具;(2)在低温下将大鼠脑组织冠状切为脑组织片;(3)按照自制取材模具上的定位标识将已切好的大鼠脑片摆放好,逐步对组织段切割,最终可得到样本量较精确的大鼠前扣带皮层吻侧部样品。之后即可进行该脑区的蛋白、核酸等其他方面的研究。结果:实验中切取不同个体大鼠脑组织的部位和体积基本一致,不同动物个体取样差异小,实验结果可比性更强,且切取的组织大小不因操作者不同而异。结论:自制大鼠前扣带皮层吻侧部精确取样模具的使用简便易行,取样部位、大小一致性好,方法经济可靠,使后续实验结果更准确;该方法可推广应用于大鼠其他脑区的取样或其他小动物脑组织的取样。

Conclusion: The accurate sampling of the anterior cingulate cortex of homemade rat is easy to use, the sampling site and size are consistent, the method is economical and reliable, and the experimental results are more accurate. This method can be widely applied to other rat brain District sampling or sampling of other small animal brain tissue.
