采用DB-1701毛细管柱,以邻二甲苯为内标物,用氢火焰离子化检测器对2-氨基-2,3-二甲基丁腈和2-氨基-2,3-二甲基丁酰胺进行定量分析。结果表明:2-氨基-2,3-二甲基丁腈和2-氨基-2,3-二甲基丁酰胺线性相关系数为分别0.9997和1.000,标准偏差为0.19和0.22,变异系数为0.20%和0.24%。该方法具有简便、快速、精密度和准确度高、线性关系好的优点,是较理想的分析方法。
Using DB-1701 capillary column with o-xylene as the internal standard, using a flame ionization detector for 2-amino-2,3-dimethylbutyronitrile and 2-amino-2,3-dimethylbutyl Amide for quantitative analysis. The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients of 2-amino-2,3-dimethylbutyronitrile and 2-amino-2,3-dimethylbutanamide were 0.9997 and 1.000 respectively, the standard deviations were 0.19 and 0.22, the coefficient of variation was 0.20 % And 0.24%. The method has the advantages of simplicity, rapidness, high precision and accuracy, good linearity, and is an ideal analytical method.
