新闻要改革,报纸在革新,竞争日趋激烈,记者怎么办?想到几点粗浅之见,略陈于下。一近日偶见一篇介绍作家陈建功的文章,说他有“三换”,即“换一个活法,换一个想法,换一个写法”,目的是“对社会、人生提供新的理解”。我们当记者的是否也需要“换”个什么呢?我想,应该换一个思维方式。照理说,记者的思想应该是最活跃、最不保守、最富于变化的,而我们的现状如何呢?我的估计,比文学艺术界要落后许多。最近几年来,文艺正在发生深刻的变革,从题材内容到表现手段,从文艺观念到研究方法,出现了“全方位的跃动”。比较起来,记者从采访到写作,其思想方法,工作方法,写作方法几十年来改变不大,老套套,老路数,老格局,老手段,依旧陈陈相因,逐渐形成一种思维模式:
