目的:采用ACR模体对Siemens Skyra 3.0 T与GE Excite HD 1.5T磁共振成像(MRI)系统的图像均匀度及层厚进行测量,研究MRI图像均匀度及层厚的测量方法,纳入质量控制流程,以保证为诊断提供优质的图像。方法:使用美国放射学院(ACR)磁共振性能模体对2台MRI系统的图像均匀度及层厚进行检测,并根据相应的测量计算方法得出检测结果。结果:3.0T MR和1.5T MR图像的均匀度分别为96.0%和92.7%,所侧层厚分别为4.64 mm和5.58 mm,层厚偏差分别为0.36 mm和0.58 mm,所测指标均满足检测标准的要求。结论:掌握MRI图像均匀度和层厚的检测方法,定期进行检测,是保证图像质量与层厚准确性的重要质量控制手段。
OBJECTIVE: To measure the image uniformity and layer thickness of Siemens Skyra 3.0 T and GE Excite HD 1.5T magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) system using ACR phantom, and to study the measurement method of MRI image uniformity and thickness, and to include the quality control flow , In order to guarantee to provide the high-quality image for the diagnosis. Methods: The image uniformity and layer thickness of two MRI systems were detected by the ACR magnetic resonance performance model. The test results were obtained according to the corresponding measurement and calculation methods. Results: The uniformity of 3.0T MR and 1.5T MR images were 96.0% and 92.7% respectively. The thickness of the layer was 4.64 mm and 5.58 mm respectively. The deviations of layer thickness were 0.36 mm and 0.58 mm respectively. Standard requirements. Conclusion: It is an important quality control method to ensure the accuracy of image quality and layer thickness by grasping the detection methods of MRI image uniformity and thickness.
