目的:查明某中学发生的一起食源性疾病的病原菌。方法:参照GB/T 4789.6-2003及WS271-2007标准对采集到的18份样品进行致病菌分离鉴定,对检出的大肠埃希氏菌进行血清学分型和肠毒素基因检测。结果:从5份病例肛拭子中检出大肠埃希氏菌,血清型为O20:K17(L),并携带elt肠毒素基因。结论:结合流行病学、临床表现和实验室检测,采用双色PCR-荧光探针法检测肠毒素基因有助于快速诊断。
Aims: To identify pathogenic bacteria that occur with a foodborne disease in a high school. Methods: According to the standards of GB / T 4789.6-2003 and WS271-2007, 18 samples were isolated and identified by pathogenic bacteria. The serotypes and enterotoxin genes of Escherichia coli were detected. Results: Escherichia coli was detected from 5 cases of rectal swabs and the serotype was O20: K17 (L), carrying the elt enterotoxin gene. Conclusion: Combined with epidemiology, clinical manifestations and laboratory tests, the detection of enterotoxin gene by two-color PCR-fluorescence probe is helpful for rapid diagnosis.
