用灌胃方法给小鼠补充Na_2SeO_36μg/d和12μg/d,6周后皮下移植S180肉瘤细胞,观察肿瘤发生生长情况及脾脏淋巴细胞转化功能和CTL杀伤活性。结果显示,补硒组肿瘤生长速度及平均瘤重均明显低于未补硒的肿瘤对照组,补硒组小鼠脾脏淋转率和CTL杀伤活性均明显高于肿瘤对照组。瘤重与CTL杀伤活性之间呈负相关关系。提示补硒具有抑制肿瘤生长的作用,该作用与硒能促进脾脏淋巴细胞功能有关。
The mice were supplemented with Na_2SeO_36μg/d and 12μg/d by intragastric administration. Six weeks later, S180 sarcoma cells were transplanted subcutaneously to observe the tumor growth, spleen lymphocyte transformation function and CTL killing activity. The results showed that the growth rate and average tumor weight of the selenium supplemented group were significantly lower than that of the unsupplemented tumor control group. The spleen turnover rate and CTL killing activity of the selenium supplemented mice were significantly higher than that of the tumor control group. There was a negative correlation between tumor weight and CTL killing activity. It is suggested that selenium supplementation has the effect of inhibiting tumor growth, and this effect is related to selenium promoting splenic lymphocyte function.
